需要がないから殺風景のままなんだよ。
経済原則わかるか？
需要があれば、ほっといても繁華街に勝手になる。
だから政治駅は駄目なんだよね。
ちなみに駅前一等地線路の片側全部西武の土地だから。（いみわかるだろ）
